Since I started training with Kristine back in December, each time I left I felt more motivated and inspired to go harder and push myself further than I had been in my workouts. Kristine really shows her passion of fitness and health during her training sessions. She takes the time to plan out appropriate workouts to challenge you and keeps in mind any struggles you may have. Her encouragment throughout workouts really keep me going to push myself to keep going! She's also sat down to teach me about healthy eating habits, and gave me several ideas to help keep my energy up throughout the day. I feel this strength and self-confidence that I haven't had in myself for a long time. Kristine gave me this jumpstart to go down this road of fitness and health. It has been a long time since I've been in this fit of shape, and I owe it all to Kristine for helping me get to where I am today. I'm stronger both physically and mentally. She truly knows what she is doing!

Kristine has been training me for about 2 months now. I have medical issues with my knees and back and she does a great job modifying the exercises so I don't hurt myself. She is very energenic an encouraging! She texts me to find out how I'm doing, even sends exercises for me to do at home and gives me good eating tips. I am losing pounds and inches! She makes me want to exercise to get healthy.

I met Kristine when I decided to join a roller derby league. From the very start Kristine offered tips, ques and motivation to push myself. In order to be stronger and acquire the physical stamina required for this sport, I knew I needed to participate in more physical activities. I began working with Kristine to make changes and progressions that were needed. At first I was very intimidated and afraid to do exercises and new workouts but once I got started there was no turning back. Kristine has since continued to motivate, inspire and challenge what my body can handle. Over the past four months I have become stronger and more confident than I have been in a very long time. Kristine has reminded me that it takes little steps, not giant leaps, to get where you want to be, and to never doubt yourself with ridicule. If you are looking for a girl who can help you make positive changes, inspire you and get you where you want to be, then you need Kristine in your life.

Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. I have always been one of those people that expected a 6 pack after only being at the gym for a day. That is not the case. It takes time, dedication and the right eating habits to achieve your level of fitness. I first met Kristine a year ago when I joined roller derby. Roller Derby has been a great workout in itself but training with Kristine outside of derby has been the little extra push I needed to really get my body where I want it to be. I have wasted a lot of money on gym memberships that I never really used. Having Kristine as a personal trainer makes me actually want to workout and push myself harder. So far, I have lost over 20 lbs and gained muscle in parts of my body that I never knew existed. Her training sessions are fun and has me doing exercises that I would never think to do on my own. Once you get in the habit of a healthy lifestyle you'll get addicted. I highly recommend Kristine for all of your fitness and nutrition needs!
