I decided to develop upon the full spectrum of my knowledge and skills to create a business of all trades. KNorth Fit includes skater training, fitness, sport nutrition, art education, organization and cleaning. All of these services are coined under the KNorth Fit brand allowing me to utilize all of my talents, while suiting your needs.
KNorth Fit consists of skate clinics for Roller Derby teams, personal/partner/class training sessions, and sport nutrition coaching. While promoting fitness and health, I also personally stay active with Roller Derby and fitness.
Tapping into my fine arts degree, I decided to branch out into a familiar craze with Sip and Art. It is a combination of art therapy and happy hour with friends.
Last but not least, I decided to incorporate two additional talents of mine, organizing and cleaning for businesses and homes. It takes a keen eye to master these tasks and I happen to be a natural at it.
Aside from being a jack of all trades, I decided to make my business as convenient as I possibly could for my clients and customers. I provide all of these services delivered right to your specified location. My business comes to you!
